- What areas do you cover?
Our window cleaning service covers Newquay, Truro and Perranporth. For more information please click any of the area names.
- Do I need to be home when you clean my windows?
No. Most customers aren’t home. If access relies on locked gates, we can send a text the evening before so you can leave them unlocked.
- How much does it cost?
Prices vary by property size and access. Request a free, no-obligation quote using our contact page.
- Will you use my water?
No. We carry our own purified water supply.
- How do I pay you?
We take payment by Direct Debit via GoCardless after your clean. You’ll receive an email with the collection date (usually 3 working days later). All payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
- How often will you clean my windows?
Most homeowners choose every 4 weeks. We also offer an 8-weekly schedule in most areas.
- Where are you based?
We are based in Newquay, Cornwall.
- Do you also offer fascia cleaning?
Yes. Our fascia cleaning includes fascias, soffits, and external gutters.
- Are you able to empty gutters?
We do also provide a gutter clearing service. Please contact us for a quote.
- Can you provide a window cleaning quote from my pictures?
Yes, we are more than happy to provide you with a window cleaning quote from your photos. Please first complete our quote form and follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email.
- Can you clean my windows on a specific day?
We run compact, planned rounds to keep things efficient and affordable, so we can’t take specific-day requests. We can add you to our text reminders so you’ll get a text message the evening before we’re due
- Will you clean my frames and sills?
Yes — every visit includes frames, sills, and glass doors as standard.
- Do you send a reminder before each clean?
Yes. We offer a free text reminder the evening before your scheduled visit. Contact us to be added.
- Do you clean inside windows?
No. We only clean exterior windows to keep our rounds efficient and consistent.
- Are you insured, and do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We’re fully insured and offer a 24-hour re-clean guarantee. If something’s not right, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix it.
